What this site collects
WealthGraphd's chart, guides, free calculators and the "Analyse my plan" document reader work in your browser: a Benefit Illustration you upload there is read on your device and is not sent to us. We collect personal data in only two situations: when you submit the "Get matched, free" enquiry form, and if you choose to create an account on the optional private tracker (both described below). Like any website host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages; we add no advertising or cross-site tracking.
The enquiry form
If you submit the "Get matched, free" form we store: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're comparing, your rough investment or premium range, whether you already own the plan, your timeline, the WealthGraphd Score if you arrived from "Analyse my plan", the page you submitted from, and a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) that we use only to limit repeat submissions to a few per hour. You must tick a consent box before it can be sent, and we record that you did. These details are stored in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare.
Why we collect it, and who sees it
We collect enquiry details solely to connect you with a licensed financial adviser partner in Singapore who can speak with you about your enquiry. WealthGraphd is not itself a licensed financial adviser. When you submit the form, your details are shared with that adviser partner so they can contact you directly. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone other than the adviser partner you're being connected to, except where required by law.
The private tracker
The optional tracker at /tracker is separate from the free tools, which never need an account. If you create an account we store a username, a salted one-way hash of your passphrase (never the passphrase itself), and whatever you choose to enter: holding names, providers, amounts paid, dates, current values, maturity dates and dividends. We do not ask for an email address, so there is no password reset: if you lose your passphrase we cannot recover the account. This data is visible only to you, is not shared with advisers or anyone else, and is not used for the enquiry form. Logging out ends your session on the server, not just in your browser. To have an account and everything in it deleted, email the address below with your username; we'll confirm it's really you before deleting anything.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate the introduction and for basic record-keeping, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Tracker accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@wealthgraphd.com. If you submitted the form and no longer want to be contacted by the adviser partner, let us know and we'll pass that on.
Cookies and local storage
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. If you log in to the tracker we set one strictly necessary session cookie (HttpOnly, secure, used only to keep you logged in, and cleared when you log out). Your browser's local storage remembers small preferences such as your light/dark theme and whether you've used the chart sliders; your Analyse my plan result is held in session storage for that browser tab only. None of this is sent to us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
