What we collect when you use Continuum, why, and what happens to it. Last updated August 2026.

What this site collects

Continuum's chart, guides and free tools (the return-gap calculator, the benefit-illustration checklist) work entirely in your browser and collect nothing about you. We only collect personal data when you fill in and submit the "Get matched, free" enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're comparing, and your rough timeline.

Why we collect it, and who sees it

We collect this solely to connect you with a licensed financial adviser partner in Singapore who can speak with you about your enquiry. Continuum is not itself a licensed financial adviser. When you submit the form, your details are shared with that adviser partner so they can contact you directly. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone other than the adviser partner you're being connected to, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate the introduction and for basic record-keeping, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@continuum.practiseskills.com. If you submitted the form and no longer want to be contacted by the adviser partner, let us know and we'll pass that on.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember small preferences, like your light/dark theme choice and your progress through the benefit-illustration checklist. This data stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
